Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling your child in our program. By completing the registration form and checking the acknowledgment box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Enrollment & Registration
• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and applicable payment.
• Classes are offered in sessions. Enrollment is per session unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative placement will be offered.
2. Payment
• Full payment is due at the time of registration unless a payment plan has been arranged.
• Accepted payment methods: Zelle
• Returned or failed payments may result in a fee and suspension of enrollment.
3. Withdrawal & Refund Policy
• Withdrawals made more than two weeks before the session start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Withdrawals made within two weeks of the session start date will not be refunded. However, the student may apply their enrollment toward a future session.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to conectaclasses@gmail.com.
4. Late Pick Up Policy
• Punctual pick up is greatly appreciated.
• A late fee of $3.00 (USD) per minute will be applied starting five minutes after class has ended.
• Repeated late pick ups may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
5. Behavior & Conduct
• Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students.
• Conecta Classes LLC reserves the right to dismiss a student from the program for disruptive or unsafe behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for their child’s behavior before and after class.
6. Health & Medical
• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is in suitable health to participate in classes.
• Please notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs that may affect your child’s participation.
• Conecta Classes LLC is not responsible for providing medical care. In the event of an emergency, we will contact the parent or guardian using the information provided at registration and, if necessary, contact emergency services.
• By enrolling your child, you authorize Conecta Classes LLC staff to seek emergency medical attention on behalf of your child if a parent or guardian cannot be reached.
7. Photo & Video Release
• We may take photos or videos of students during class for use in promotional materials, social media, or our website.
• A separate photo and video release waiver will be provided at the time of registration. We will only photograph or record students who have an approved, signed waiver on file.
• Parents or guardians may withdraw their consent at any time by notifying us in writing.
8. Privacy & Data Collection
• We collect personal information (such as your child’s name, age, and emergency contact details) solely for the purpose of administering our program.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
• Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
9. Limitation of Liability
• Conecta Classes LLC and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by a student during or in connection with our program, except in cases of gross negligence.
• Parents and guardians assume responsibility for their child’s safety during drop off and pick up.
10. Changes to Terms
• Conecta Classes LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Notice of material changes will be provided via email or posted on our website.
• Continued enrollment following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
